 Our History

A & C Associates are industry advisers and trainers to the international FMCG foodservice and food manufacturing arenas with its speciality in the branded international foodservice sector.

A & C Associates are industry advisers to branded foodservice organisations in the International arena as well as to private equity groups looking to enter or exit the industry.  We have provided services on five continents and have our subsidiary office in Manila.

We provide support through selecting partners on behalf of franchisors, advising on acquisitions, carrying out the due diligence as well as providing insights into the casual dine-in and quick service restaurant space.

Andy Skowronski, Managing Director, leading our team is an expert with over 25 years industry experience with organisations such as Pepsico, Yum Brands and Krispy Kreme.  An internationalist he has worked in Central Europe, The Middle East, The Far East and The United States in senior leadership positions.

A & C Associates have acted as advisers to several major private equity groups as well as major consultancy houses.  We tailor all our consultancy and training services and solutions to meet your requirements which can include longer-term support, short-term programs, expert advice, training and executive coaching.

We also run our flagship training programs ‘The Road to Transformation' a Change Management program, which is focused on Transformational Thinking and Results. The program transcends all industries and clients include the F&B Industry, Manufacturing, Engineering and BioTech.

Procurement into the Future is a Procurement and negotiating skills course which is aimed at both supply chain and sales professionals.
