- developing the Franchise agreements and term sheets

- conducting the Franchise search within a country and developing a short list of potential partners

- a detailed overview of the company and using a unique matrix, assessing the compatibility

- country data

From the franchisee side, we assist brands that may be new to international franchising by becoming formulaic in their approach to franchise agreements, standards,  planning the supply chain, therefore, enhancing their ability to enter new markets.  We also assist prospective franchisees to negotiate an agreement, develop the strategic market entry plan, conduct retail trade zone mapping to the implementation and subsequent market entry. 

Our food service franchising consultants have helped brands within the casual dine-in, pizza, chicken, burger and bakery sectors to open on three continents.

A & C Associates also undertake complex due diligence assignments in relation to acquisitions, with our primary sector focus being foodservice. Over the past 2 years, we have been involved in 4 commercial due diligence involving mergers and acquisitions.
