BCCP HOLDS CHANGE MANAGEMENT TALK

21 January - BCCP Members as well as non-members got a first hand taste of The Road to Transformation leadership and Change Master Class by Andy Skowronski in this 2-hour seminar held at the BCCP Boardroom in BGC.

Dubbed "Change Management Talk", leadership coach Skowronski emphasized that in order to create and implement meaningful change, organisations need to embark on a process. He thereafter shared an 8-stage process of leadership transformations.

HR practitioners, consulting firms, senior and mid-level managers attended the talk.
